Set-up/Set-Down:

• Vendor access for set-up begins strictly at 2:30 PM.
• Set-Up Time: From 2:30 PM (sharp)
• All vendors must be fully set up by 3:45 PM
• Opening at 4:00 PM.
• Late set-ups will not be permitted. Arriving after 3:00 PM may result in forfeiture of your space with no refund.
• Pack-down begins promptly at 9:00 PM unless otherwise instructed by the event team.
• All vendors must clear the venue by 10:00 PM and leave their area clean and tidy.

• All vendors are required to hold valid Public Liability Insurance and submit proof before the event.
• This is a Black-owned business market. All vendors must:
  • Identify as Black.
  • Be trading under a Black-owned business.
• We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that do not align with our event’s mission or eligibility criteria.
